HIV Case Manager, Hillsborough County, BA/BS in Human Services, Social Work or similar. Case management experience a plus as is bi-lingual skills. Other skills include: efficiency, computer literate and compassionate to our diverse community.

Provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling in a variety of settings conducive to client-oriented care.

Licensed in the State of Florida.
Demonstrate knowledge of HIV/AIDS disease.
Demonstrate knowledge of Substance Abuse issues.
Possess liability insurance and be able to provide a copy . Clinical experienced required.
Masters Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology preferred.
Computer skills and familiarity with local community resources and government assistance programs (SSI, SSD, Medicaid, and Medicare) preferred.

Reliable.
A friendly outgoing individual.
Ability to work with LGBT community.
Culturally competent and sensitive to diverse populations.
Ability to have fun!
