Medical Case Managers - New Port Richey / Tampa / St. Pete

Qualified candidates must have:

Bachelors Degree with a concentration in the human services field. Working knowledge of case management, experience in the human services field, and general knowledge of HIV infection. Ability to work well with others to solve problems is a must.
Software skills including: Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
Some personal vehicular travel required.

Ideal candidates will have:

PAC Medicaid Waiver case management provider experience
High level of professionalism, strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of attention to detail.
